Williams features 17 purpose-driven women, including me, who share empowering messages of how we claimed God’s promises in our lives, the results we experienced, and how you can too.The chapter ‘Sheltered! Protected!’ is inspired by two Bible Promises for protection and deliverance. It chronicles some of the author’s experiences during two natural disasters. Hurricane Hugo in September 1989 and the eruption of the Soufriere Hills Volcano which began in July 1995 and is still ongoing, though at a background level, both severely affected the island of Montserrat on which she lives.It is the hope of the author that it will inspire readers to turn to the Bible and to claim its many promises.
